Supported by private equity investor EQT, YouLend has been growing by over 100% per year since 2020. Our headquarters are located in London, and with our new office in Berlin, we are currently expanding our business in Germany.
The Berlin location of YouLend is currently being set up. This means you will join at a time when the team is still small and growing quickly.
In the coming 12 months, we plan to expand the sales team in Berlin to over 40 employees. You will have the opportunity to take early responsibility and be part of a team that is just being created.

As a Junior Account Manager (M/W/D), you will work in the German-speaking sales team and be in daily contact with entrepreneurs who have applied for financing through our partners.
You will accompany them through the entire process – from the first contact to the conclusion – and ensure that they quickly and easily gain access to capital.
In doing so, you will take care of your own pipeline of customers and work actively to successfully close financings.
