What You'll Do

• Assist with educating staff on the importance of quality customer service in the patient care process.
• Assist in the development of programs meant to promote employee engagement and satisfaction with the organization.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing and Engagement to complete the yearly employee engagement survey.
• Assist with the planning and execution of Service Excellence events.
• Support onboarding and ongoing education around person centered care and hospitality principles.
• Tracks and interprets patient satisfaction data, generates reports and dashboards and identifies service trends and collaborates on targeted improvement plans.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
