Must have acquired experience & deeper insights in Distributed Control System [DCS] & Safety PLC from organization of repute. Must have demonstrated successfully on delivering assigned business metrics in the past. Must have excellent learning agility that will help in co-innovation & demand creation. Additional knowledge on PLC & SCADA system will be an added advantage.

System Sales for specific assigned geography / customer accounts across both Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Karnataka and will work as an individual contributor. In this capacity he will report to Regional System manager /Regional Manager. The job role will broadly cover: 1. He will be assigned with business metrics to be delivered from those assigned customer accounts. 2. Ability to map & forecast(quarterly) the top 20% of customer who would contribute 80% of individual's budget 3. Managerial ability to contract every order with clear T&C which ensures WIN-WIN situation 4. Upsell Installed base business with decent profits 5. Effectively neutralise competition and feed information about market access, resistance & dynamism from ground to RSM & HQ 6. Volunteer, demand & acquire product knowledge from BHQ/others to effectively communicate differentiators, customer's value & benefit

1. Business Metrics: System order intake, Projects - OI Target & Installed Base Business [Add-on/Upgrade] - OI Target 2. Build credible project funnel & constantly increase the Project Hit Ratio 3. Sales Process & Hygiene: Rigorously follow organizational guidance on Sales process, Update CRM periodically and ensure a forecasting accuracy of 90% & above. 4. Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Retain & Secure 100% opportunity from Top 10 Major accounts
