Yokogawa Marex has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Support Engineer, with a systems engineering background.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, and working as part of the Customer Services team, you will apply your support and systems engineering experience, strong background in software and communication skills to provide world-class customer service to our global customers, maximizing the value delivered by our software solutions.
You will support end users and engineers during the adoption, deployment, and operation of our software solutions. Proactively implement measures to ensure system health and efficiency, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
You will provide guidance and advice for issue resolution and work closely with the product development team to feedback user experience, solve issues and recommend improvements.
