Be responsible & accountable for all related service activities within Iraq and Jordan region.
Coordinate closely with customer operations and project delivery teams to ensure smooth workflows and minimal disruption to plant operations.
Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors and sub-vendors to ensure compliance with project and service requirements.
Provide onsite and remote technical support, perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting, and prepare accurate service and technical reports.
Ensure strict adherence to site safety regulations, customer HSE requirements, and Yokogawa quality standard.
Support in system upgrades, modifications, and small project implementations as required.
Technical Support to regional Service Team for escalated service cases of Yokogawa products and Analyzer systems.
Communicate with Global Response Center and other stakeholders for escalated cases and solutions.
Develop technical documents for Service Team's competency development.
Support Service business development activities.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality service delivery, contributing to customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Maintaining the current service contracts by achieving customer satisfaction.
Support company for any events of planned and unplanned/ routine or downtime activities 24x7.
Remote assistance to company engineers by identifying the technical issues and providing solutions.
Bachelors degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in service or maintenance with certain years in automation systems.
Experience on Yokogawa / Equivalent systems preferable.
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with DCS, ESD, SCADA, and Field Instrumentation.
Familiarity with Yokogawa systems is a strong advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, loop diagrams, and control narratives.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and in remote site environments.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset.
