Job Purpose: Sales support for EPC nature of projects, preparing RFQ's for site activities and erection hardware, construction progress monitoring and control on site construction activities, monitoring manpower loading and other additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Involvement with sales team as part of bidding process. Providing commercial and technical support to sales. Monitoring the site construction progress and reporting to Department Manager. Monitoring of resource scheduling for the field construction team. Preparation and maintaining of E&I related standard documents and templates. Review of construction method statements/procedures. Coordination with customer and construction subcontractor during the project execution. Monitoring and compliance with project quality plan. Involving in FEED studies, wherever required. Follow up with hardware material supplier and co-coordinating material movement. Support in control of all site pre-commissioning and commissioning support activities. Preparation of RFQ for site execution scope of work and hardware material procurement. Compliance with the relevant project specifications and standards. Monitoring Manpower loading plan. Liaison with Site Manager, Project manager, suppliers/vendors as required. Other additional duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience A Degree in Engineering Field. Preferably in Instrumentation or Electrical or Electronics. Minimum 12 to 15 years' experience in the field of project execution and construction management functions in the field of Instrumentation. Competencies Delivering main goals such as customer satisfaction, meeting project schedules on time with quality. Creating and implementing construction strategies which can achieve company and customer schedules and targets. Understanding the business and its profitability and ensuring no business and revenue opportunities are not missed. Implementing project construction related analysis and strategic techniques to improve progress and productivity. Skills Conversant with International standards for Installation and testing. Strong Management and Leadership Skills. Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications. Energetic, self-motivated, dependable, challenged by multi-disciplined problems.
