Job Responsibility:

• Coordinate with the estimation and quantity surveying teams to prepare the BOQ. Client ERP preparation based on approved Billing schedule by client.
• Create a Material Procurement Schedule (MPS) linked to project milestones and activity start dates.
• Integrate material delivery timelines with project activities.
• Coordinated with QA/QC teams to ensure timely inspection and approval of delivered materials before installation.
• Participated in weekly review meetings to report inspection status of long-lead and critical-path materials.
• Preparation of COO (Certificate of Operation), TOC (Taking Over Certificate) Certificates.
• Preparation of Final Measurement, ERP, Price Schedule at the end stage of project.
