We're looking for a Channel Operations Assistant (Internship) to support our Partner Success team in managing administrative and operational tasks. This is a temporary 3-month position ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in SaaS partnerships and customer success.
You'll help streamline communication and support for our global network of partners, enabling the team to focus on high-value, revenue-generating activities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to basic administrative inquiries from existing channel partners (e.g. account set up and access, invoice requests, documentation needs).
- Assist with data entry and CRM updates to ensure partner records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the onboarding process for new partners by coordinating documentation and checklist items.
- Help organise partner-related content such as training resources, FAQs, and updates.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to triage and escalate technical or opportunity requests.
- Prepare simple reports or summaries to track operational activity and team bandwidth.
