Tasks

What are your tasks?

You start with us as an intern in product marketing and we will create packages together with you from the following areas:

• You research and select suitable images and videos and integrate them via our content management system on our platform.
• You have a good eye for layout and design and ensure that our trips are aesthetically appealing on the website.
• With your sense of language and creative writing style, you make our varied trips come alive in the description texts, creatively and excitingly.

• You support the conception and creation of new travel packages to make our range attractive.
• You conduct cost analyses to develop competitive and exciting travel offers.

• You plan and create individual travel packages that are perfectly aligned with the wishes of our customers.
• You handle the processing of bookings and support our customers before, during, and after the trip, in writing and by phone.

Qualification

What do you bring with you?

• Either you are super communicative, love digital communication, like planning and organizing trips or you have an analytical mindset and love numbers
• Tourism management studies or first touristic experience are a plus (but not a must)
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Enthusiasm for writing texts and advertisements (ChatGPT can also help you)
• Efficient research skills
• Organizational talent and good task prioritization
• Team capability, flexibility, humor, and good spirits
