The Corporate Sales Specialist supports the Corporate Sales team by managing repeat customers, driving new business growth, and providing targeted support to strategic accounts. The role is primarily office based in Bristol to maximize collaboration and integration with the wider team.
This position balances:
- 50% focus on nurturing and expanding repeat customers
- 40% focus on new business development, and
- 10% focused support for Key Accounts, Sports Partnerships, and Promotional Agencies.
The successful candidate will deliver a premium customer experience, ensure operational accuracy, and proactively drive revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Repeat Customer Management (50%)
- Own relationships with returning B2B customers, ensuring deadlines, requirements, and event timelines are met.
- Leverage past sales data to identify repeat order opportunities and drive reorder velocity.
- Update customers proactively on new product launches, seasonal offers, and YETI capabilities.
- Maintain consistent communication to increase retention and lifetime value.
- Ensure accurate CRM records and reliable forecasting for all repeat business.
New Business Acquisition (40%)
- Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities across corporate gifting, events, promotional, and adjacent categories.
- Build and maintain a proactive outbound pipeline alongside inbound demand.
- Deliver high quality proposals and product recommendations aligned to customer needs.
- Represent YETI's brand and value proposition with commercial credibility and confidence.
Key Account Support (10%)
- Support the Key Accounts, Sports Partnerships, and Promotional Agencies teams with quoting, order processing, sample management, and customer communication.
- Provide administrative and operational coordination to ensure a seamless strategic partner experience.
Skills & Experience
Required
- 2–4+ years of inside sales, B2B account management, or corporate sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage pipelines, upsell, and meet sales targets.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- CRM proficiency and comfort with high volume sales environments.
- Ability to collaborate closely in an office based team setting.
Preferred
- Experience in premium consumer goods, promotional merchandise, or corporate gifting.
- Knowledge of fulfilment workflows and cross functional commercial processes.
