The Corporate Sales Manager will be the face and voice of our Corporate Sales channel. You will drive all new business development initiatives through consistent and strategic outreach, targeting new customers who align with YETI's brand goals. You will target corporations/brands with significant market share and national exposure, who are looking to leverage YETI's product portfolio and best-in-class status to build major promotional campaigns. You will also identify premium partnership opportunities across YETI-relevant pursuits in the region to drive awareness and maximize revenue. It will be your responsibility to continue developing sales strategies that drive new revenue growth and deliver impact. You will be contributing to YETI's success by achieving sales objectives for new Corporate Sales accounts while at the same time helping to build a key strategic area of growth for YETI.

Responsibilities
• Develop Corporate Sales channel strategy and drive the overall execution to deliver growth and best-in-class service levels
• Develop and manage the Corporate Sales channel Go-To-Market strategies ensuring operational excellence
• Identify, on-board and pro-actively manage brand-right key premium partnership accounts to both drive brand awareness and achieve revenue goals
• Achieve gross revenue targets of the Corporate Sales channel per the regional AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
• Own the KPIs for the Corporate Sales channel - monitoring on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and digging into root causes to understand and address emerging trends/opportunities
• Lead, align and execute clear channel-specific merchandising strategies across all product lines for the region
• Represent the YETI brand as the first interaction point with new partners/accounts
• Develop and manage internal and external cross-functional, multi-level stakeholder relationships
• Negotiate and manage licensing and premium partnership agreements.
• Deep understanding of the marketing cycles and purchasing trends for customers in your account portfolio
• Maintain and grow your leads database through traditional outbound sales methods – networking events, LinkedIn, market research, cold calling, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with YETI Community & Brand Marketing teams to facilitate purchasing and campaign execution for new national and regional brand partners
• Interact frequently with Demand/Supply Planning and Sales Support teams to ensure all product expectations are set and satisfied for each customer
• Manage, track and report sales activities/results using Power BI and other reporting tools
• Be positive and supportive to all members of the wider YETI team
• Become a brand and product expert in all things YETI
Qualifications and Attributes
• At least 6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success (outdoor or sporting goods industry preferred)
• Strong commercial leader with high level of emotional intelligence and pragmatic 'can-do' attitude
• Exceptional sales drive combined with a desire to win are essential for success
• Ability to navigate and map out corporate organizations to identify and influence key decision makers
• Self-starter with a strong drive for success and a high sense of urgency are critical
• Ability to uncover customer needs, articulate business value, present effective solutions, and close business
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a rapidly changing complex business environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate to a variety of potential audiences clearly, concisely and intelligently.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in German & English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the region
