Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team! Attached to a Team Leader, you will play an essential role in the development of Yassir's financial services in your region. Your main mission: to acquire new agents, maintain strong relationships with existing agents, and grow activity in your territory.

Missions

Identify and proactively target high-potential merchants to become Yassir agents. Present the agent wallet product, highlighting its benefits for agents (additional revenue) and their customers (financial inclusion). Negotiate and integrate new agents, ensuring they understand the offers and contractual conditions. Maintain strong relationships with assigned agents, ensure smooth communication, and respond promptly to their concerns. Conduct regular visits to ensure agent satisfaction and provide continuous support. Develop and implement strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue generated by the agent network. Identify additional sales opportunities for Yassir services among existing agents. Continuously monitor the smooth operation of the service among agents, detect any blockages. Help agents resolve service interruptions and ensure their electronic wallets are always stocked (digital money or cash). Work closely with the Team Leader to resolve agent liquidity issues and ensure smooth operations.

Profil

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in financial services, telecoms, tobacco, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish trust relationships with clients. Personal motivation, conquest spirit, results-oriented. Good organizational and time management skills. Comfortable with mobile applications. Driver's license and vehicle required (car).
