Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in developing Yassir's financial services in your region.

Your main mission: acquire new agents, maintain strong relationships with existing agents, and grow activity in your territory.

Missions

• Identify and proactively target high-potential merchants to become Yassir agents.
• Present the agent wallet product, highlighting its benefits for agents and their customers.
• Negotiate and onboard new agents, ensuring they understand the offers and contractual terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned agents, ensuring smooth communication and promptly addressing their concerns.
• Conduct regular visits to ensure agent satisfaction and provide continuous support.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue generated by the agent network.
• Identify opportunities to upsell Yassir services to existing agents.
• Monitor the smooth operation of the service among agents, detect any issues.
• Help agents resolve service interruptions and ensure their electronic wallets are always stocked (digital money or cash).
• Work closely with the Team Leader to resolve agent liquidity issues and ensure smooth operations.

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in financial services, telecom, tobacco, or FMCG.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust relationships with clients.
• Personal motivation, conquest spirit, and results-oriented.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with mobile applications.
• Driving license and vehicle required (car).
