Sales Operation Specialist

Role

Attached to the Commercial Director, the Sales Operations Specialist is the administrative and operational pillar of the commercial service, ensuring the smooth functioning of processes related to the mobility platform. They centralize the management of contracts, client access, and complaints, and are also responsible for product training for internal teams and clients. The Sales Operations Specialist also oversees the collection and billing activities.

Missions

Administrative Management and Operational Support of the Mobility Platform:

  • Manage the daily administrative operations of the mobility platform.
  • Centralize and manage all commercial contracts.
  • Assign and manage access to the mobility platform for clients and teams.
  • Collaborate across all operations (Yassir GO, distribution).
  • Provide commercial needs in terms of office supplies, administrative documents, contracts.

Complaints and Grievance Management:

  • Ensure proper handling of customer complaints.
  • Handle product and operational related grievances.

Collection and Billing Supervision:

  • Supervise the collection and billing officer.
  • Ensure collections and follow-up payments with the treasury.
  • Prepare client invoices to be handed over to sales staff with follow-up.

Product Training:

  • Develop and deliver product training to sales teams and clients.
  • Provide support to sales staff on the ground.

Profile

  • Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience of 2 years and more in a similar position.
  • Sense of communication and interpersonal relations.
  • Rigorous and methodical approach to operations.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Negotiation skills (for aspects related to collections or contract management).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French, Arabic, and English.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Dashboard, CRM, management tools).
  • Optional legal knowledge (particularly for contract management).
  • Strong availability.
