Role
Attached to the Commercial Director, this hybrid profile combines skills in data management and commercial operations support. The individual is responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, managing and updating the customer database, assigning commercial accounts, and monitoring revenue distribution by activity and service. A true operational relay, they act as a "human CRM" by centralizing and disseminating essential information for team coordination and commercial management efficiency.
Missions
- Commercial Prospecting:
- Segment and target clientele based on available information (demographic, behavioral, sales history, etc.).
- Contact prospects via email or phone, understand their expectations, and propose solutions tailored to their needs.
- Develop a commercial prospecting plan.
- Generate prospecting ideas, themes, etc.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through initiating communications and generating interest.
- Commercial Development & Analysis:
- Conduct market studies to understand the company's environment.
- Manage data from new and potential customers in the dashboard, ensuring all communications are recorded.
- Analyze figures and the number of trips made by our customers.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer achievements.
- Analyze with all teams the feasibility of developing new products and expanding the company into new markets.
- Distribute sales figures.
- Administrative Management & Financial Follow-up:
- Prepare a monthly statement for invoicing.
- Prepare advance invoices for consumption.
- Prepare quotes requested by our clients.
- Collaborate across all operational departments (Yassir Go, distribution, Express).
- Client Relationship Management & Database:
- Manage the customer database and ensure its up-to-date status.
- Assign clients to commercial staff or relevant teams.
- Transmit client information efficiently (acting as a "human CRM").
- Prepare presentations related to B2B services.
Profile
- University degree BAC+3 in Commerce, Marketing, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Two years or more experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Mastery of negotiation techniques.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset.
