We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. Building on this infrastructure, we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay, save and borrow digitally.

The specialist operations are responsible for representing Yassir Cash on the ground through visits to partner sales points and participation in events, in order to ensure good mastery of offers, brand visibility and quality of service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform regular visits to partner sales points
• Carry out mystery shopping missions to evaluate the quality of service
• Verify the mastery of Yassir Cash offers by partner agents
• Control the visibility of the brand in sales points
• Participate in Yassir events to support customers (top-up, assistance, etc.)
• Carry out field visit and audit reports.

• Good interpersonal skills and ease on the ground
• Observation skills and rigor
• Autonomy and dynamism
• Mobility in the concerned geographical area
• Personal vehicle required
