What You Will Be Doing:

As a Product Support Administrator, you will support the technical, operations, warranty, and transportation departments by providing reporting, documentation, and administrative support to team members ranging from technicians to senior leadership. The role is primarily office-based, with opportunities for offsite training and store visits to support field operations. You will also assist our customer base by managing technical documentation, licensing, and system access, ensuring timely and accurate support while contributing to effective cross-functional communication and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collect data needed for reporting, compile and provide to management.
  • Maintain PIP reporting, SIS subscriptions, ET license, and billing.
  • Provide Tech support materials/schematics, prints and billing.
  • Assign Dealer DSN ticket or Initial call to Tier I or Tier II.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.
  • Communicate with a wide range of internal and external customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.

To be successful in this position you should have prior experience in an administrative role, be able to provide superior customer experience, have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • General computer and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
