Under the direction of the Regional and/or Regional Deputy Director, the Regional Support Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality and operational excellence for the programs within their assigned region(s). Collaborates and works closely with program leadership and support departments to provide oversight of administrative and financial systems, trainings, quality of services, and staff engagement.
Primary duties include: assisting in supervision and quality assurance of the region's programs, project management and systems workflows, being a Super User for technological systems, assist in training new and existing Supervisors, organizing the administrative training responsibilities, coordinating regional trainers, and supporting and reporting to the Regional Director. The position requires supervisory skills and is best suited for a highly organized person who is capable of multitasking. The role requires direct responsibility for a diverse array of tasks within multiple programs and is a very people-focused position.

Key responsibilities:
Education and Experience: BA/BS required. Prior supervisory and training experience within the field of I/DD preferred. Preferred experience in project management; proven ability to manage projects to completion. Background in supporting people with I/DD or mental health needs. Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions.

Compensation: $66,300 annualized.
