The Client Services team, part of the Yahoo Sales organization, serves as a strategic partner and single point of contact for sales and clients across all business mediums, working closely with managed, self-serve (MCC), and platform teams to help secure and grow revenue. Spanning NAR, APAC, and EMEA, the team manages every stage of the campaign lifecycle while building strong advertising relationships and consistently delivering on client KPIs. As experts on our Demand Side Platform, they focus on driving results, exceeding client expectations, and adapting in a fast-paced environment with a dedication to stretching their skills, innovating, and providing dependable outcomes that bring client goals to life.
We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join Yahoo, partnering closely with Sales and Client Services teams to manage and grow key accounts while providing strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and exceptional client service across programmatic campaigns. In this role, you will identify performance, revenue, and feature opportunities, offer optimization guidance backed by deep expertise in the Yahoo DSP, and deliver client trainings that elevate platform adoption. You will also build and strengthen internal partnerships, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams through strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. As a proactive and team-oriented individual, you will help foster a supportive, high-performing environment while driving revenue growth through account optimization, reporting, upselling, cross-selling, and end-to-end campaign management.
