✨ About The Role
- Join a team of 10 full-stack product engineers at Y Combinator, working on software that supports startups like Airbnb, Stripe, and Instacart
- Engage with founders regularly to understand their hiring needs and help build a job marketplace, ATS, and community software for YC founders and their networks
- Contribute to the Work at a Startup team, assisting in hiring over 1600 people in the last few years and shaping the future of great startups
- Participate in YC programming, including dinners and talks, to gain a unique vantage point on startups and contribute to software that directly impacts the success of early-stage companies
- Work in a collaborative environment where you have the opportunity to define your own roadmap and make a direct impact on the startup ecosystem
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced full-stack Product Engineer with a background in Rails, React, and Postgres, ideally with 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Comfortable working closely with startup founders, understanding their needs, and rapidly shipping software solutions
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where you define your own roadmap and have direct interactions with customers
- Enjoys collaborating with a diverse team of product engineers with varied experiences from companies like Facebook, Google, and Y Combinator alumni
