We are currently looking for new colleagues for our customer service assignment for SkiStar – the company behind some of Scandinavia’s most beloved ski resorts. With us at Xzakt Kundrelation in Gävle, you will help their guests both before and during their trip, ensuring the entire experience is smooth – from booking to after-ski.

What does the job entail? As part of our SkiStar team in Gävle, you will help customers with everything from bookings and payments to questions about accommodation, activities, and equipment. You will receive paid training and support from the team throughout the journey.
In practice, this means you: Help customers via phone, chat, and email Answer questions about trips, services, and terms Handle cancellations, complaints, and other customer inquiries Represent SkiStar in a great and solution-oriented way
What do we offer you? A proper introduction plus ongoing support from team leaders and colleagues Fixed monthly salary: 18,997 kr (over 24 years) / 16,386 kr (under 24 years).
