Nordic Speaking Customer Service Talent

Are you fluent in Danish, Norwegian or Finnish? Do you enjoy helping people and are looking for a flexible job in customer service? We at Xzakt Kundrelation are now seeking Nordic-speaking talents for future assignments. We welcome both those who also speak Swedish and those who have one of the Nordic languages as their mother tongue. This is a call to see if you can become one of our future team members!

About Us and the Role

We are looking for you who are:

Fluent in at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish). Swedish skills are meritorious but not a requirement.

Curious about people and comfortable meeting all sorts of individuals

Solution-oriented with good organizational skills

Positive and committed to providing good service

What We Offer:

Paid training and support throughout the assignment

Salary according to collective agreement:

  • Under 24 years: 122.65 kr/h + OB-addition
  • Over 24 years: 142.19 kr/h + OB-addition

Practical Information

  • Working Hours: The schedule can be set between 08:00–22:00, all days of the week.
  • Location: On-site in central Gävle or entirely remote.
  • Scope: Part-time or permanent employment (80%) with a 6-month probationary period.
  • Start: Ongoing, based on project start.
