As an IT Application Support Engineer at Xylem, you will play a key role in supporting and troubleshooting bespoke applications that are critical to our operations. You'll develop a strong understanding of these systems to effectively replicate and investigate user-reported issues, test and validate solutions, create and use clear and detailed instruction and documentation, and assist customers in resolving problems and using the applications effectively.
