The Developer Marketing Director is responsible for leading Xsolla's global developer marketing strategy—building awareness, driving adoption, and increasing engagement with game developers across all platforms (mobile, PC, web). This role combines strategic marketing leadership, developer empathy, and campaign execution to ensure that Xsolla's products, integrations, and lighthouse cases reach the right audiences with maximum impact.
The Director will oversee all online and offline developer marketing initiatives across global and regional markets, partnering with Developer Relations, Product, and Sales teams to connect with developers where they are and inspire them to integrate Xsolla's solutions.

$175,000 - $230,000 a year. The listed range is specific to Los Angeles, CA and varies based on factors such as location and experience.
