Software Engineer II

Reporting to Software Engineering Manager, you'll help us empower and enable engineering teams, develop innovative products, work with challenging and complex code, and develop market-leading cloud-based solutions in the Fitness and Wellbeing sector. Asp.Net, REST, JWT, .NET 6+, JSON, AWS, SQL Server, Javascript, and a variety of technologies, you will be a part of a market-leading software platform that makes day-to-day operations simple, efficient, and enjoyable for organizations in the fitness and wellbeing industry.

Some other responsibilities you'll have:

• Build an innovative product with Microsoft technologies, in back-end.
• Participate in daily scrum activities and collaborate on delivering projects in an agile environment.
• Write clean, testable, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Diagnose problems and defects by collecting information, finding root causes, and fixing them.
• Help improve and evolve our advanced architecture following best-in-industry patterns.
• Have a keen eye for improvement in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Involve and engage with other developers and other teams and motivate and connect with others.
• Mentoring junior team members and guiding them towards raising their own software quality standards.
• Refactor existing code, write unit tests and review other teammates code.
• Estimate, plan and implement new features in collaboration with product and design.
• Participate in full-life cycle software development.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle software development experience.
• Experience using Asp.Net, REST, JWT, .NET 6+, JSON, AWS, SQL Server, Javascript
• Nice to have Typescript, React
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms and Performance.
• Professional and articulate communications skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals.
• Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities,
• Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt.
• You're a true team player who knows that we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves.
