Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a Sales Team dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales pipeline. Such responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; setting goals; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training to the Sales team (live training, role playing, call monitoring and joint selling)
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members through regular feedback, tailored growth plans, and skill-building, driving higher performance, retention, and a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Become an expert on messaging our value proposition and helping others on the team achieve the same proficiency
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management by implementing rigorous forecasting practices, ensuring consistent lead qualification, and maintaining visibility into each stage of the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates and revenue predictability.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership by setting a high bar for accountability, driving relentless execution, and inspiring the team to surpass goals through strategic vision, hands-on coaching, and a culture of excellence.

This role has a base salary pay range of $115,000 - $125,000 USD.

This position is eligible for a commission plan.

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing teams, leading a highly effective Account Executive and/or Sales Development teams
  • Experience driving sales pipeline of a Sales environment using an inside team
  • Ability to establish and nurture strong internal and customer focused relationships and work seamlessly
  • Excellent ability to set goals and objectives, and measure and improve activity
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft) and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
