We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Service Autopilot team at Xplor. Our platform helps lawn care and cleaning businesses operate efficiently and scale—from managing customers and invoicing to dispatching and marketing. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them get the most value out of our software, building strong relationships, and supporting their business growth. Our software helps thousands of Lawn Care and Cleaning entrepreneurs run their businesses—with less stress, and better control over their growth.
Responsibilities include:
This role has a base salary range of $55,000–$60,000 USD.
This position is eligible for a quarterly commission plan.
Location: For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2 days per week in the office and 3 working from home.
