Collaborate with Level 1 network engineers to provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including system designs and configurations.
Partner with Level 3 network engineers to engage with back-line support and/or vendor support, contributing expertise and guidance to diagnose and rectify technical problems efficiently.
Provide support for post-sales installation and technical assistance to customers, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of network and security infrastructure components.
Participate actively in the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure, including core network switches, routers, and firewalls, adhering to established standards and best practices.
Assist in the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill project requirements and objectives.
Utilize expertise in Aruba switches and wireless, Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches to support network infrastructure setup and optimization.
Demonstrate proficient troubleshooting skills to identify problems and recommend effective workarounds or solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Support the handover of as-built system documentation to the Maintenance support team, facilitating seamless transition and ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers at all levels, fostering positive relationships and collaboration.
