Our client and partner are an established IT solutions company. With the expansion of their business, they are looking for Network Administrators. The Network Administrator will be responsible for supporting Network Administration and Management Services for the company and/or the in-scope institutions. This role includes managing network and security infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and ensuring the stability and security of network systems.
1. Network and Security Equipment Management:
• Support and manage routers, switches, firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Intrusion Prevention System, VPN gateways, proxies, Wire Lan Controllers, Network Access Control appliances, load balancers, Network Management System, and other network devices.
• Perform day-to-day network and security operations, including monitoring and managing network infrastructure.
2. Incident and Problem Management:
• Respond to network incidents according to severity levels and meet service level requirements.
• Handle high-pressure situations, identify problems, and make quick decisions to resolve issues.
• Adhere to incident management workflows and procedures.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain and update network diagrams, configuration records, inventory, RMA records, and incident reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on network performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with third-party vendors, telecommunication operators, ISPs, and other service providers.
• Participate in transition planning and support the onboarding of network and security systems.
5. Compliance and Training:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, information security guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
• Provide continuous training to enhance knowledge and skills in network administration and management.
