Our client is a leading communications technology enterprise. They are expanding the team and are looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst.
The Role
24 x 7 operations for proactive monitoring on infrastructure.
Provide 1st level troubleshooting on all reported incidents or system triggered alerts and escalation to level 2 resolver groups as per work instructions.
Track and provide timely updates to customers on status of outstanding issues within target service level.
End-to-end ownership of incidents and follow-up on reported issues till closure. Ensure accurate and complete information has been captured in the ticketing system.
Handle initial classification/prioritization of incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
