Working as a marketing lead at Xamera means stepping into a role where responsibility and the opportunity to influence are great. You have a central function at the company and drive both strategic and operational initiatives, from marketing plans to creating brand-building materials and visibility on social media.

The role involves close collaboration with the recruitment department, sales team, and other internal teams for business development.

Your main duties will include:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our offerings to candidates and companies.
• Creating engaging graphic materials and text content that strengthen our brand and attract both customers and talents.
• Continuously updating our website to improve user experience and conversion rates, while clarifying our expertise in the field.
• Executing and optimizing digital campaigns to increase our visibility and presence in the market.
• Collaborating closely with our team to further develop Xamera's corporate culture and strengthen our offering.

We believe you:

• Have a degree in marketing and several years of experience in broad marketing work.
• See yourself as a generalist in marketing, with a solution-oriented approach and see challenges as opportunities to learn new things.
• Have experience and knowledge in creating graphic materials, website maintenance, and text production.
• Possess the ability to think strategically and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen the brand.
• Have the ambition to grow with the role and within the organization.
