Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective business clients. Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service. Assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies. Contributes to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of treasury management products and services. Works closely with Commercial Lenders and Trust Officers in attaining customer sales goals. Attains established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
Three years of related experience with treasury management sales, support, and business development experience in the financial services industry. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience or knowledge in cost and profitability analysis. Intermediate knowledge of related bank compliance regulations, bank products and services. Advanced computer skills. Bachelor's degree in a related business field preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills to achieve maximum productivity. This is a Full-Time Position. Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer. No established salary range.
