Qualifications: 1. High School diploma required, preference will be given to individuals who have completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education or an associate degree; or can demonstrate a standard of proficiency through local reading, writing, and mathematics assessment. 2. Must be fluent in Spanish as well as English. 3. 1-2 years' experience working as an ELL preferred. 4. Knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing, and math. 5. Ability to work independently after given basic instructions. 6. Ability to work effectively with students and staff in a positive, pleasant manner. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
