Job Purpose: Safely transport passengers for the SafeRide and/or Paratransit services that provide transportation on an "on-demand" basis.
Demand Response Details:
Scheduling: Ideal position for college students or those needing flexibility in scheduling. Employees can work one or both services. Scheduling is based on an availability matrix and is discussed in the interview.
Pay: $16.35 - $16.85/hr, depending on service. Competitive pay raises. Paid training.
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Other requirements: Must be 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy. Must be able to comply with the University Drug & Alcohol Policy. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Random drug and/or alcohol screenings will be required and will occur on scheduled shifts. Pass required background check.

Work Location: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
