We are seeking a proactive, technically-skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive critical support processes within our healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate will develop and refine processes to ensure that each new incident becomes an opportunity for system improvement, thereby reducing risk and enhancing service continuity.

Responsibilities include managing deliverables throughout the implementation project, providing feedback when project milestones or schedules are at risk, ensuring project alignment with goals and timelines, communicating status to customer stakeholders and internal management, ensuring consistency and best practices, and utilizing knowledge of EHR systems for troubleshooting and support.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from $23.32 to $48.03 per hour; from: $48,500 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
