Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a VP, Franchise Sales & Development - Eastern US to join our team at the Remote in the United States location.
The role oversees franchise sales & development activity in the Eastern US for the LaQuinta, Echo, Microtel, Hawthorne brands. This position must prospect and execute new franchise and management agreements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers.
You'll be successful if you have extensive sales experience, proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas, excellent organizational skills, ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally, excellent judgment in evaluating opportunities for the company, new construction development knowledge, commercial real estate understanding, commercial lending/banking acumen, aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects, effective presentations skills, and a desire to travel.
Required Qualifications/Experience include a college degree, a record of achieving quotas in a sales organization, a valid driver's license, and required to travel approximately 80% of time. Travel will be predominantly focused on lead generation and customer relationship management in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 annually. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Franchised Development US Incentive Plan with a N/A% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan. In addition, this role is eligible to participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan.
