The key purpose of the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is to directly lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring accountability at all levels; overseeing and approving all production operations, communicating effectively between all corporate and entity-specific departments, managing financial budgets and authorizing facility purchasing, providing monthly production analysis and presenting data to the Finance team to ensure proper execution for all entities, and unlocking innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations. A successful RDO at WYLD will have a history of driving purpose, vision, and engagement across multiple functions; hiring, training, and developing future leaders; experience managing multiple facilities; and demonstrated a history of resilience, personal accountability, and integrity.

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive yearly wage of $135,000-$165,000/yr paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, unlimited PTO, 16 hours of VTO per year, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
