Supervise staff of behavioral programs and provide clinical and administrative oversight. Supervise strategic day to day operations including clinical leadership, evaluation of staff, operations, data collection and reporting to grow and improve the programs.
Education, Certification, and/or Licensure:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.

1. Five (5) years' experience in a behavioral health program

1. Evaluates performance of service line staff as related to program outcomes.
2. Assists clinical staff in developing required competencies.
3. Provide clinical and administrative supervision of staff within program(s)
4. Responsible for performance management reviews of the staff within the program(s).
5. Daily evaluation of operations and monthly data collection and reporting, evaluation of operational finances vs. budget and adjustments as necessary with consultation with manager.
6. Update, interpret/implement management/operational practices within program(s) in consultation with Manager. This will involve daily performing a gap analysis on current policies, implementation of practice and in consultation with Manager develop response to any gaps otherwise implement as written- often in consultation with finance and HR.
7. Ensures accurate record keeping and reporting for grant purposes.
8. Markets RNI program(s) services to appropriate referral sources.
9. Assists in quality reviews of program as assigned by the manager.
10. Assists in maintaining regulatory compliance of the program.
11. Maintains appropriate certification, licensure, and competency through supervision and/or training and successful completion of annual performance evaluations.
12. Attends continuing education seminars and in-services as necessary to maintain professional licensure, competency, and satisfy required education standards.
13. Acts as liaison for program patients and their families to various community agencies, hospital consultants, and services.
14. Participates as clinical personnel on a treatment program and facilitates therapeutic milieu within the program(s).
15. Assess patient needs, including assessing for high-risk indicators and documents history/assessment in a manner that is clinically pertinent to the individual patient.
16. Participates as an integral professional member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
17. Provides direct clinical assessment and intervention services to individuals, groups and families.
18. Participates in treatment planning sessions and assists treatment team by coordinating planning effort.
