The position will provide high-level administrative and organizational expertise to support the WVU Cancer Institute's strategic and operational goals. This project-based role will focus on organizational development, process improvement, performance management, and institutional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on physician contracts, recruitment, and administrative and financial process optimization. The consultant will play a critical role in advancing major initiatives associated with preparation for National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation and developing infrastructure necessary to support a reliable, high-performing organization.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field EXPERIENCE: 2. Seven (7) years of administrative experience 3. Experience with financial auditing and process refinement

Financial Management • Audit provider compensation processes. • Improve financial workflows, tools, and record-keeping systems for greater efficiency and accuracy. 4. Project Planning and Development • Support planning and organizational processes for NCI designation. • Assist in the design of project planning and structural frameworks. 5. Institutional Collaboration • Facilitate alignment and collaboration between WVU and WVU Medicine functions under the WVU Cancer Institute.
