Senior Electrical Engineer, LV & HV Design - Building Services

We're looking for an experienced engineer from Senior level through to Associate who wants to play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure where reliability, resilience and innovation are essential.

You'll join a highly collaborative, well-established team with a strong pipeline of landmark projects and the backing of a global consultancy.

In this role, you will:

• Lead project delivery across multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, budgets and key deliverables
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to the overall capability of the team
• Lead small to medium design projects and contribute to larger, complex programmes
• Drive technical excellence, efficiency and quality across all project work

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and delivery of high voltage electrical systems (11kV to 132kV+)
• Developing detailed schematics, single line diagrams and technical documentation
• Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, ICT and architecture
• Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, client requirements and defence specifications
• Delivering complex electrical solutions for data centres including redundancy and resilience strategies
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timely delivery

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Significant experience in building services consulting (typically 7+ years)
• Proven expertise in high voltage design and critical power infrastructure
• Track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Aviation, Defence or Transport
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, fault protection and energy efficiency
• Solid understanding of Australian Standards including AS/NZS 3000 and NCC
• Experience with BIM, Revit MEP or Navisworks is advantageous
• Strong communication, leadership and client engagement skills
