Join WSP's high-performing Geotechnical & Tunnels team and build your experience across some of Australia's most exciting infrastructure and energy projects.

Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle - from site investigations and analysis through to design and delivery - supported by a strong national and global network.

You'll contribute to projects across renewables (wind, solar, pumped hydro), transport, mining, water and property, helping clients understand and manage ground risk while developing your technical and consulting skills in a genuinely collaborative environment.

What you'll do

  • Plan, deliver and manage geotechnical investigations from proposal to reporting
  • Undertake fieldwork, data interpretation, and support design activities
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary projects across a broad range of sectors
  • Work closely with senior engineers and nationally recognised experts
  • Assist with proposals and develop your client-facing experience
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and practical outcomes

About you

  • 2–5 years' experience in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, or similar
  • Experience delivering site investigations and technical reports
  • Exposure to geotechnical design and soil/rock behaviour
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
  • Willingness to spend time on site and build high-quality field data
