The Opportunity

Our Property and Buildings Building Services team in Brisbane is growing and we are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 3 to 6 years' experience to join a team known for its energy, ambition and genuine support for one another.

You will be part of a group with a strong mix of long‑term staff and newer team members as we continue to grow. The culture is high‑performing but welcoming, and we take pride in celebrating achievements, sharing wins and backing each other to keep improving.

This role will give you exposure to a strong pipeline of work across infrastructure, health, education and data centres, offering the chance to build a portfolio of meaningful projects and broaden your capability across the full project lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Carry out assigned project and electrical engineering work in line with technical and commercial standards.
• Undertake engineering design and documentation including electrical power systems, lighting, communications and electronic security.
• Communicate effectively with clients, authorities and internal stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary design environment and contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture.

About You

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical).
• 3 to 6 years' experience in electrical building services design, ideally within a consulting engineering environment.
• Understanding of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.).
• Able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team‑first mindset.
