Responsibilities
Assisting Senior Technician in technical analysis; Analyze ground data and prepare base maps; Prepare graphic representations of a parcel of land or a portion of road (plan, profile and section); Annotate work to be done (barrier, border, pavement marking, etc.); Preparation of a highway, roadway and detour path; Plans and profiles, cross sections, typical sections and details; Temporary or permanent signage design; Preparation of an installation slip; Other duties as assigned.
Key Competencies / Skills
The successful candidate is likely to be having 3-10 years' of highway work experience with consultancy firm or developer, International experience or Global design centre are an asset. Must have strong abilities to work with CAD, Microstation and Microsoft Office; Knowledge of InRoads, Openroads, Infraworks and Civil3D will be an asset. Ability to work on multiple projects at given time. Understanding of Canadian standards and design practices are an asset

Qualifications
