Multiple locations across Singapore, new branches opening! Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service across our centres.

What You'll Do:

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle phone/email inquiries.
• Provide professional course consultations and top-notch customer service to prospective students and parents.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all inquiries.
• Support the teaching team with deployment, timetabling, and relief teaching coordination.
• Assist with administrative duties, including preparing invoices and handling day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the safety and appropriate behavior of students at the centre.

What We're Looking For:

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Multitasker: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with ease.
• Problem-Solver: Quick-thinking, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written English proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional: Represent Write Edge with professionalism in both attire and speech.
• Team Player: Accountable, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Additional Requirements: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Leadership qualities and project management experience (an advantage).

Location(s): Across branches in Singapore.

Work Hours:

• Option 1: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend
• Option 2: 2 weekdays and 2 weekends
• Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm
• Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm (Weekdays will be fixed and assigned based on your experience and company needs.)

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
