As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will have a leading role in translating the strategy and design into the execution of client projects. You will use your skills as a consultant to deliver the practical aspects of ServiceNow implementations for various clients.

Daily, you will:

• Advise and lead ServiceNow client implementations, ensuring continuous alignment with the Now Create methodology and the best practices of ServiceNow in the EMEA region and beyond.
• Facilitate client-focused design workshops (both on-site and remote), including drafting design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and client requirements.
• Understand complex customer needs and effectively communicate practical solutions—translating business context and requirements into sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Convert both expressed and unexpressed requirements into user-friendly solutions that satisfy ServiceNow users worldwide.
• Guide and oversee the quality of Technical Consultants' work, and you are familiar with all aspects of leading and participating in an agile team.

You have:

• Proven consultancy experience in a direct, client-facing role within a service-providing organization, where you have worked on multiple projects.
• Certification in at least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and/or Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more core modules of ServiceNow, such as SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, GRC Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk or Audit Management.
• Expertise in developing ServiceNow solutions to address business problems.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills in JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• The ability to prioritize correctly in a complex environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give client presentations at all levels.
• Insight into Agile implementation and project management methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region and beyond.
• (Near) Native proficiency in Dutch and English, with the understanding that applications must be submitted in English, as Wrangu is an English-speaking company.
