Wood Personnel is currently working with a small and growing company in Lebanon, TN that runs in-person conferences as well as online events. They are looking to identify a qualified Customer Service, Database & Records Specialist to join their team. This person will be tasked with management and operation of a large customer database as well as on-site conference support. This will involve updates to existing records, creation of new records, and data migration management. It will also include acting as a point of contact for customers once they register for conferences and events and providing support for the internal sales team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is extremely organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented. They should have excellent time management and planning skills as well. Customer service and database experience will be key in this role.
