Customer Service Representative

Wood Personnel is working with an organization in the East Nashville area to assist in filling a Customer Service opening. This position will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Previous Customer Service experience required!

Compensation and Hours for the Customer Service Representative

In Office (No remote options)
$22/hour
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Health insurance office during temporary period
Temp to Hire

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

Administrative experience
Customer Service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and Word
Excellent ability to multi-task

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

Interact and engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products through phone and email communication
Order entry and resolving tickets
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer and client inquires
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding needs, exceeding expectations, and building positive working relationships
Handle and prioritize multiple customer requests, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve escalated customer issues
Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance customer service skills and knowledge
