As a mobility of goods, our project is going to provide innovative logistics services in Woven City, which is located in Susono, Shizuoka, by using delivery robots, smart devices and simulation technology. We believe that super-easy movements of goods can change our value and lifestyle.

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a passionate and experienced Service Operations Manager to lead service operations and improvement using our products across digital and physical touchpoints. If you want to tackle our new challenges of developing innovative services as a mixture of hardware and software, let's make history together.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve service operations at Woven City
  • Manage and train on-site operators
  • Communication and cooperation with internal and group company stakeholders involved in the operation of Woven City
  • Improve products and operations based on customer feedback and metrics
  • Communicate and collaborate with development teams to improve the product

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing, launching, maintaining and improving service operation related to hardware
  • High communication ability with project/product managers, engineers and operation staffs who have different background from yours
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and independent thinking (the ability to enjoy a situation even when standards and norms are not clearly defined, and to move forward in a positive manner)
  • A sense of balance between the ability to steadily move things forward based on a solid plan and the ability to work quickly
  • Business level English and Japanese

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience in validating and improving service operation based on metrics
  • Hands-on experience to train and manage on-site operators for service operations
  • Hands-on experience improving the manufacturing process in factories through work observation
  • Domain knowledge in logistics or apartment management fields
