Operations Associate

We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving startup. You'll work directly with our leadership team to keep things running smoothly, help manage projects, and build the processes that allow us to scale.

This is a hybrid, in-office role based in downtown Orlando. We value in-person collaboration but offer flexibility when remote work makes sense.

What You'll Do

1. Plan and coordinate company offsites and events.
2. Organize and maintain company documentation (contracts, agreements, compliance files, etc.) in Google Drive.
3. Book travel and handle logistics for the team.
4. Support company onboarding with new services and vendors.
5. Help manage expenses, invoices, and simple finance workflows.
6. Send calendar invites, coordinate schedules, and capture meeting notes.
7. Assist with project management for strategic initiatives.
8. Assist with partner communication to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (any degree).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, DocuSign, Slack, and project management software (Linear, Asana, or similar).
• Clear communicator with the ability to stay on top of multiple moving pieces.
• Curiosity about startups, technology, or crypto (a plus, not required).
