Senior Structural Engineer - Buenos Aires

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed pipeline system designs using specialized 3D modeling software (E3D, CADWORX, SP3D, etc.)

• Elaborate general, isometric, sectional drawings, and material lists.
• Perform technical reviews and participate in stress analysis together with the stress team.
• Contribute experience in design, from conceptual to detailed engineering, related to process pipelines for medium and large projects.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate design changes.
• Participate in site visits to verify conditions and progress.
• Ensure designs comply with international codes (ASME, ANSI, API) and client specifications.
• Review colleagues' designs to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Other duties related to the position.

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• More than 5 years of experience in pipeline design in sectors such as mining, oil and gas, energy, or chemicals.
• Advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD 3D.
• Knowledge of applicable technical standards (ASME B31.3, B31.1, API).
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
